Fan Clubs of Irish Wolfhound Breeders Fact & Fiction

Updated: Jun 15, 2020

It has been brought to my attention that numerous fan clubs are popping up for Irish Wolfhound Breeders. I prefer to call them fan clubs, instead of hate clubs. Its very obvious they are fans. Especially, when you see them copy everything you do, right down to contractual agreements. They try and gripe about them being too long, etc, but then copy them. They lack originality most of all, amongst many, many other things. One of the most disturbing things we as breeders have seen, is the photo shopping of our images. One breeder was recently harassed as the fan club used photos of IW rescue hounds. Stating this is that breeders hounds. They were not even his hounds. Pure fiction. But, the average person reading this would think it is real. Think again. Consider the source.

Its obvious, we as breeders are doing something right and are making a difference in our beloved breed or these people would not be doing this. But, then again most all of these people have long arrest records and have never even had a litter of Irish Wolfhounds or have had one in 30 years and they are experts. OR even scarier, they just started breeding and have had 3 or 4 litters and they are experts. They neglect to tell you this of course. The best way to separate fact and fiction is to go directly to the breeder and talk to them.

One of the most important things I have learned, is that these people who start these fan club pages, have inferior dogs and do breed hereditary and genetic problems with high co-efficency of in-breeding. I will blog this topic at a later date.

Jealousy is the ugliest trait.

Wolfondly,

The Cindy
